4 nice size firm Green Tomatoes

1 cup of flour

1 cup of Panko bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 Lemon

1 tablespoon of Siracha sauce (optional) and your choice)

1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper (0ptional)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of RL Schreiber Lemon Pepper Seasoning (


  1. Add flour in a shallow bowl

  2. Add the Panko bread crumbs to another shallow bowl

  3. Beat 2 eggs in another bowl then set aside.

  4. Slice the Green tomatoes into a quarter of a inch thick, or to your choice and place in a another bowl.

  5. Heat a pan with oil, but not too hot.

  6. Add salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper and Lemon Pepper to the tomatoes.

  7. Dip the tomatoes in the flour and eggs and then Panko and cover thoroughly

  8. In the medium headed pan, fried the tomatoes until they are golden brown.


  1. Mix 1 heaping tablespoon of Mayonnaise in a dipping bowl

  2. Mix Siracha sauce in with the Mayonnaise

  3. Serve with fried tomatoes and a squeeze of Lemon juice on top
